Baltimore Adult Kickball Leagues

For traditional kickball, a full team consists of at least 16 players, 5 of which must be women or non-binary. Teams will have 11 players on the field with a maximum of 6 men on the field. The minimum to play a game is 6 players, 2 of which must be women or non-binary.

15 players will consist a full team for traditional kickball. If you and your crew don’t have a full roster, we’ll merge you with another small group. FYI – merged teams generally have extra players to protect against forfeits. If you’d like to make sure you have a larger or smaller team, you can register as a prepaid team which allows you determine the amount of players on your team.

We’re all about being social here at Volo! Volo Kickball Leagues are all about having a good time and meeting new people. We also offer a variety of divisions depending on the specific league including A Division, B Division, and C Division. Shoot us an email if you have questions!

A premiere, FUN experience! Plan to arrive at the field 10-15 minutes before game time to meet up with your teammates and get ready to play in your Volo kickball league.

Volo’s flipcup wins are worth 1 point, while kickball is worth 2 points. The game is played to the best of 7 with a 6-player minimum.

In Volo Cup-In-Hand kickball, there is no tagging up. A caught ball in the air is an automatic out and dead ball, and the runners must return to their previous bases.

In Volo kickball, the game is played for either 6 innings or 45 minutes. The Umpire calls the next inning as the last inning at 35 minutes (or at the Ump’s discretion based on game pace)

In Volo flipcup leagues, the end-of-season tournament is all rounds best of five, Championship best of seven.
