What’s a drop-in?
Drop-ins play on a league team for a single game. All the fun, no season-long commitment.
- Playing time: Plan on about half the game, though it can vary.
- Bring a friend: Want to play together? Find a team with more than one spot open.
- Know the level: Only drop-in if you're comfortable with the league's competition level.
- Pro tips: Arrive early and download the Volo mobile app to chat with your team.

Join us at Club Volo on Tuesdays this October for our final Beach Volleyball league of 2026!
Beach Volleyball (4v4)
- 4 players max on the court, 3 men max
- Minimum 2 players to start, at least 1 woman
- Games will be played with rally scoring, best of 3 (21-21-15)
- No gender rule for hits per side
Policies
*Depending on the number of teams it's possible for teams to have byes or doubleheaders. It's also possible that the league is shortened by a week or extended by a week.
Playoffs: Top 4 teams are guaranteed to make the playoffs. We will accommodate more teams if possible! Teams with two or more forfeits will be ineligible for playoffs. No subs or drop-ins are allowed in the playoffs.
Weather Policy: Guaranteed 2 makeup games. Makeup games may be played at an alternative location and not guaranteed to be played on the same day of the week.
