🏓 Tuesday 2v2 Open Beginner Social Pickleball at Mavericks Beach Club in San Diego League Details:
Time Frame: 6:00pm-9:00pm
Full Team Roster Minimum: 3 players
Minimum 2 players to start a game (No Gender Requirements)
One 45-minute Game Per Night
Report scores to your host
Scoring Format: Traditional Scoring
Regular Season: 6 guaranteed games
Bye Weeks/Doubleheaders: May occur depending on registration
Make-Up Games: Guaranteed 1 makeup game due to weather or venue changes
NO BLACKOUT DATES
- Playoffs: All teams qualify for playoffs (teams with 2 or more forfeits will not be in playoffs)
Games will be self-refereed
Mavericks Beach Club Policies
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR ID EACH NIGHT UPON ARRIVAL
To reduce noise for nearby housing, all players must use the sound-proof paddles provided by Mavericks. Personal paddles are not allowed.

**Registered Groups who are not pre-paid teams and do not meet the minimum roster requirement by the registration deadline may be merged with other small groups, or have free agents added to their roster to meet the minimum roster requirement.
🌦 WEATHER & MAKEUP POLICY
If San Diego Pickleball games are postponed due to weather, facility closures, or other unforeseen circumstances, Volo Sports guarantees 1 makeup game. Priority will be to make up games at the end of the season or as double headers, however, makeups may not occur at the same location, day of the week, or time.
📋SAN DIEGO PICKLEBALL GENERAL POLICIES
#1 Rule: BE KIND
Scheduling: Please note that if we do not reach at least 4 teams for each division (competitive, intermediate, or beginner/social) the league will be merged and all skill levels will compete against one another.
Playoffs: All teams qualify for playoffs. Teams with 2 or more forfeits will not be eligible for the playoffs.
Forfeits: Teams must provide notice of forfeits 24 hours prior to scheduled game times. If your team forfeits two or more times during the regular season, you will be eliminated from the playoffs
T-Shirts: All players will receive a t-shirt on week one. If there are any missing shirts for your team, please report them to your Host on week two and we will do our best to deliver them to your league on week three. Missing shirts requested after week two must be picked up from our office
