What’s a drop-in?

Drop-ins play on a league team for a single game. All the fun, no season-long commitment.

Playing time: Plan on about half the game, though it can vary.
Bring a friend: Want to play together? Find a team with more than one spot open.
Know the level: Only drop-in if you're comfortable with the league's competition level.
Pro tips: Arrive early and download the Volo mobile app to chat with your team.

Baltimore, it's Friday and we’re reintroducing our round robin league (3 games a night) at Brewers Hill! Meet new people, stay active, have fun and enjoy exclusive post-game bar specials.


🏓🥒 Round Robin Pickleball League Overview

Team and Game Requirements: 

  • Minimum players for a full team: 3 (no gender requirements)

  • Groups of 2 players may have free agents or small groups added as needed

  • Pre-paid teams must have a 2 player minimum

  • Game play: Matches to 11 (win by 2) cap at 15 

  • Each match is 20 minutes (60 minutes of total game time a night) 

  • If you need to forfeit - please email us at [email protected] each Wednesday before your games on Friday, so we can properly adjust the schedule. 

  • DISCLAIMER: Please be aware that games may not be scheduled back-to-back or at 20-minute intervals.


Recommended Skill Level 


🌦 Weather & Makeup Policy 

  •  If Baltimore Pickleball games are postponed due to weather, facility closures, or other unforeseen circumstances, Volo Sports guarantees 2 makeup games. 

  • Priority will be to make up games at the end of the season or a double headers 


⚙️ League Policies & Disclaimer

Playoffs

  • The top 50% of teams are guaranteed a playoff spot.

  • Additional teams may be added if schedule and venue space allow.

  • Substitute players cannot be added after Week 5.
