Yes! Each team for 8v8 Coed leagues can have a maximum of 5 males on the field. The minimum required players are 5 total players, with one player being a female or non-binary player.
The minimum number for a flag football team is 14 players for 8v8 Coed and 9 players for 5v5 Mens. If you do not reach team size requirement, we will merge you with other groups or free agents to hit the minimum. We have minimum size requirements to ensure that teams have a enough substitutes and don't have to forfeit games.
We’re all about being social here at Volo. However, Flag Football does offer a competitive league, for anyone that wants stronger competition!
Volo will provide all necessary equipment to play, such as, flags, football, pylons, and cones. You can bring your own flag if they have 3 attached to the belt, gloves, and cleats.
