Volo Sports recommends bringing a glove and bat, while cleats are highly recommended for the dirt field.
Yes, Volo Sports requires that there be no more than three men batting between each woman in the lineup, and all players listed on the lineup card must bat. A courtesy foul is allowed if the game is started on time only (this is decided at the beginning of the game). Men’s pitch count starts 1-1.
No, Volo Sports does not allow sliding or stealing in softball leagues.
Volo Sports uses safety bases at both first base and home plate to help reduce collisions and improve player safety.
