Yes! You can sign up for Volo Sports solo, with a friend, or as a full team. A lot of our SJ players sign up individually and get placed on teams with other free agents. It's one of the easiest ways to meet new people.
Yes. Many Volo Sports players join to meet new people, make friends, and build community through sports and social events. The South Bay is full of transplants who came for a job and are looking to build a real life around it. Volo Sports gives you a built-in weekly hangout, post-game meetups at neighborhood spots, and season-long social events.
Most Volo Sports leagues in San Jose range from $95 to $155 per player, depending on the sport, format, and season length. One upfront cost, no recurring fees.
Most Volo Sports seasons last 6 to 8 weeks and include a playoff or tournament at the end of the season.
Yes. Volo Sports offers recreational leagues for all skill levels, including players who are new to the sport. When you sign up, flag your skill level so we place you in the right division.
Yes. Volo Sports offers leagues, tournaments, and events throughout the year in San Jose and the South Bay.
Volo Sports leagues attract players from a wide range of industries, including many professionals working throughout Silicon Valley. Engineers, PMs, designers, recruiters, founders. The South Bay crew is heavy on tech, but the league is the place people leave their job titles at the door. That's kind of the whole point.

The Volo Kids Foundation provides free youth sports programs. A portion of every Volo Sports registration helps fund youth sports opportunities in local communities. When you play with Volo, you help kids play free.
